I sold my house this year with Your Move after renting it out for the past ten years. Prior to instructing them, they were very helpful and supportive with practical advice as to what level of refurbishment will attract what sale price and where in the market to aim for. Throughout the sale process Denise, Hazel and Megan kept me updated and the house was under offer withing 2 weeks. The only downside has been the lack of speed with the conveyancing and the Your Move seller portal not providing upto date status, but this is not the fault of the branch. Friendly, helpful and supportive staff with excellent knowledge of the local area. I would whole heartedly recommend them.
