Julie was particularly patient with me, with gentle advice and support given to guide me through the process, and keeping me calm at times of crisis with care and understanding.

GoogleI and my partner were looking for decently priced flats to rent however severely struggled due to us being quite young thus seen as lesser reliable tenants. However we seen this lovely great value flat in terms of location, transport and price and Rachel Storey the letting agent was absolutely amazing in answering all of our ‘first time renters’ questions no matter how obvious they were. Rachels polite and positive attitude ensured us that we were comfortable with financial commitments needed to rent a property and live comfortably. Finally Rachel was highly dedicated and committed to us in getting this flat as she was constantly completing all the paperwork so we could finalise and move in within a week.
