Many thanks to Sharon and Mandy at Durham branch of Yourmove for the professional handling of the sale of our house. Their hard work and dedication is much appreciated. Their communication to us over what was happening regarding the whole process was exemplary. Regular telephone contact ensured we were never left in the dark and always knew what was happening. Excellent service & the staff at Durham were fantastic. Every query/request was dealt with really well and very quickly. Totally guided us through the whole process. Our house had 3 viewings & an offer within a week. This offer was accepted & everything went through smoothly. Leanne, Katrina and Denise and fabulous team were amazing and worked so hard in our recent sale. They were always there when I had a query via e mail and kept in touch with my dad via telephone and made sure we were kept up to date with the whole process every week. Recently purchased a property through YourMove Whitley Bay and have been nothing but impressed by the quality of customer service provided by the estate agents. From day 1 both Susan Usher and Julie Akinson were attentive and diligent.
