GoogleFrom the first friendly & professional Valuation by Stephen, through the Support from Sharon, Julia & Georgia in the Sales Office and the After Sales from John, the "Your Move" Team in Chester-le-Street continually proactively pushed to succesfully get our house sale through, even after the Chain breaking down twice, regularly keeping us informed of the position. FacebookFantastic experience of support from the team at Rowlands Gill from valuation through to sale agreed. Ian and Alex were particularly impressive in the valuation and marketing process. Professional, prepared, honest and accurate in their advice. There were no games or overt sales tactics just professionalism and superb listening skills. They guided us whilst allowing us to take the time we needed and to market the property as best suited our individual circumstances. Bridie, Claire and Abi have carried us safely through the viewings, bids and sales process. They have been friendly, helpful and their communications have been timely, clear and frequent without being excessive. GoogleI've used Your Move twice now for the tenant find service. Abi, Bridie, Claire & Alex have been more than helpful providing regular updates and advice. Recently, they were notified by neighbours that the smoke alarms were going off in the vacant properly, as I was unable to attend due to work, Claire went up and rectified the problem. Nothing is too much trouble for these guys and I cannot recommend enough.

The whole team (Abi, Bridie, Claire & Alex) are all very informative, helpful and approachable. I would however like to give a special mention to Abi, she has been outstanding, even when I have harassed her on her days off she has gone above and beyond to assist me with queries and extra viewings when required. She went way beyond what I thought was possible when helping me to resolve a critical situation with the tenant in the house. This was whilst not being signed up to any management service.
