GoogleKay, Rachel and the whole Whitley Bay branch were ace! We recently successfully applied to rent a property in Whitley Bay through this branch and from the beginning they were incredibly helpful, professional and fair in every aspect of the process. The particular property we looked at was attracting a lot of attention so viewing was back-to-back. Despite this, Rachel took the time to show us around and answer questions. We expressed interest and Rachel was fair in making no promises and explaining she would let us know if we were successful. Once our offer was accepted, Kay was on hand to guide us through the paperwork, in person. The whole branch were very personable and the process was a laugh. Rachel kept in touch with us for updates on the referencing process and before long we were ready to go. The final step in branch was super easy and Graham from Embrace Financial Services walked us through some financial advice before Rachel handed us our keys. Could not recommend these guys enough, they really went above and beyond compared to the other estate agents in the area.

GoogleReally happy with how our sale was managed during Covid! Denise M always on hand and very responsive to any questions we had, can not recommend her enough! I have used yourmove twice now- the first was for the purchase of our first home and second the selling of it. Even though we didn’t use Suzanne this time for the sale of our property she was still involved with our buyers and was always there if needed. Both a massive asset to yourmove crawcrook! Hi Steven, It's been 10 months since we completed the sale of your property and we were not aware that you had concerns over the sales process. The sale completed within 8 weeks of it being sale agreed which in this market is excellent timing. GoogleI have been using Your Move for a relatively short time. The team helped me purchase a property from abroad and then successfully rented it for me within just a short time. The lettings team then made sure necessary work and rental requirements were completed on the property, in a timely manner. Jasmine was particularly helpful, especially answering my questions and checking out further properties on my behalf. I would recommend this agent to you.

GoogleYour Move Estate Agents were an absolute delight to work with when I bought my first house. I had a lot of questions and confusion when I got my surveyors report done, and the staff went through the entire report with me and explained every detail so I understood and felt at ease. They answered any questions I had during the process as a first time buyer (which was quite daunting) and all of the staff were a delight, very friendly and so so helpful; in particular Samantha Martin. I couldn't recommend them enough! Thank You.
