GoogleWell, where to start, the Churchods team from Farnham were great from the off. Numerous viewings without any problems, questions answered as quickly as possible and then came the difficult part! Kate Clapham chased both sets of solicitors relentlessly until we had completed the purchase. Kate was extremely professional, helpful and certainly made the transition a lot more easier than it could have been. GoogleMet John for an initial valuation. His style of soft selling was just not applicable to my requirements. Time was of the essence, so I need someone with high energy, who would exude some passion into the process. Had I have been granted more time, perhaps I would have at least allowed John to run with my case. However, my decision to choose another local agent was the best decision afterall. I was disappointed that the photos were taken by himself/agents - looking on Rightmove, the photos here compared to those that use a professional photographer are lightyears apart. I need my house (and all the hardwork that went into it!) to be represented in the best light possible

GoogleFrom the moment we met Sam and Pete, we knew we were in safe hands. What we didn't expect was that by the end of the process, they'd feel more like friends than estate agents! They sold our house incredibly quickly and made what could have been a stressful experience feel so much easier. GoogleI have not taken out a property with Curchods on this occasion, however I must say Val is one of the most professional and genuine estate agents I have come across. She has tried for around two months to find me a property and shown me multiple properties to find me the right fit. She has given me a call on a weekly basis to see if I am still looking and if she can do anything to help me find my dream home to rent. I will 100% recommend and I will in the future be going back to her to find me that dream rental!! Thank you for everything!

We cannot praise Caroline enough, who has been absolutely brilliant - dedicated, hard working and super helpful, and not just for us but for every party in the chain. The staff in the Godalming office work as a team, and so were able to help us even when Caroline was unavailable.
