Curchods New Haw were amazing in the process of putting my late mother's home on the market and successfully completing the sale. It was a difficult time for my family but Townley and Hayley were so incredibly helpful, considerate and professional at all times. From providing a valuation for probate, helping me navigate the housing market and dealing with all the process. I would thoroughly recommend and should I require their services again would return to the expertise of Curchods New Haw. Five star service!

Hayley, Townley, Graham and the team did a fantastic job in pricing, marketing, and successfully and quickly selling our house. They are big enough to have a good reach of potential buyers but small enough that you get the personal service. Communication was exceptional, a real stand out compared to other agents I have dealt with over the years. Their proactivity to push things along with solicitors, agents and buyers/sellers, even for those quite far away from us in the chain, also stood out - they clearly really cared about doing a great job. We had a really positive experience with the team at Curchods New Haw who helped us with selling our two-bedroom flat. As first-time sellers, we were completely new to the process and were relying on the advice given to us for all parts of the process. Hayley was fantastic throughout, giving us regular updates after viewings and helpful advice at every stage. The Curchods New Haw team were fantastic! On each viewing Graham, Hayley and Townley allowed time and space at the property. They were always very pleasant to deal with, whether in person, on the phone or via email. An honest conversation with Townley was really helpful, following which negotiations to purchase began. The purchase went through quickly. On completion day, heavy traffic delayed key pick up, so lovely Hayley delivered the keys to the property and even took the meter readings! Really helpful and much appreciated! The team at this particular branch are very good their job. They are professional and experienced at what they do. They don't try to pull the wool over your eyes, they just get the job done. This was appreciated! They are a lovely bunch of people and it is clear that they work well together. Thanks guys!

Graham, and the team at Curchods New Haw provided excellent service through our house sale with them. I chose Curchods for a few main reasons vs the other agents that valued our property. One being that Graham has sold two homes for my family in the past and we were happy with him then. Reason two was when Townley conducted the valuation unlike the other agents that just wanted my business he told me what he would need us to do to the property if he was to market it which I appreciated the honesty with. The other reason was that according to get agent Curchods perform best in the area. We could not recommend the services of Curchods in New Haw more! When we were putting our house up for sale, the market was at its best. We wondered if we should even use the services of any estate agent, and if so, which one. We spoke with a few agents, and in the end we decided to go ahead with Curchods as they were recommended by our previous neighbours. Retrospectively, it was the best decisions we could have made. Firstly, they know the local area very well, and having this visibility and great network of potential buyers proved to be invaluable when we were putting the house on the market (twice!). First time, we had open day and sold it on the first day, second time we found a buyer within 2 weeks, which was a great result as we were in the middle of school holidays. Due to some complications with the first buyer (outside of Curchods control) we had the sale fall through but Townley and the team were there to quickly react and lead us on the journey again. To give you perspective on the speed, we spoke on Monday 9am about the buyer withdrawing and the same day in the afternoon we had a viewing arranged! Secondly, the process of buying / selling the house in UK is not easy and straightforward. The whole team at New Haw branch worked soooo hard during the last few months to help us with all the issues on the way. Instant communication and advice was invaluable. The whole process put their experience in the industry to the test, and they delivered with top marks! They care, understand and push when needed, On several occasions they went out of their way to help us to resolve the issues and make the exchange happen. Service and support provided was truly outstanding, and we would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone. We are very happy that we didn’t try to sell our house ourselves! Hayley, Townley, Graham and Kevin thank you so much for the work you put in to make sure that moving to our next family home can actually happen!
