The folks at the New Haw branch of Curchods have been absolute godsend. Particular shout-out to Townley, who has saved my sanity on multiple occasions. I bought my house through Curchods in 2017, and Townley was a huge support during what was a stressful move. The team was knowledgeable and helpful (in a way that other local agents really hadn't been). Seven years later, when it was time to sell my house and move on, I went back to Curchods without a second thought. Again the whole team was wonderful, they listened and advised, and Graham found a great buyer very quickly who could move on the timescales I needed. Townley, again, has gone above and beyond - not only reassuring on my sale, but also being a font of wisdom when I've been tearing my hair out over my onward purchase (which unfortunately is NOT through Curchods!) I'd 100% recommend Curchods, and particularly this branch. They've made what can often be a stressful process very smooth, and their communication and support has been 5*. Huge thanks to all of you :)

Such a wonderful professional office with great staff. Hayley was the one who dealt with the sale of my house and she went above and beyond. Hayley would call me most weeks with an update on how things are moving and if there was any delay or questions she was right on it, which is exactly what you need when moving! Townley was also extremely helpful explaining to me the process and was always at the end of the phone if Hayley was unavailable. Not that I am thinking of moving any time soon, but if I was to I would be getting in contact with Curchods. Thanks for everything.

A couple weeks ago we met with the lovely and friendly Jason from Curchods to view a house with my fiance and after we put an offer down and it got accepted, the whole team have been so incredibly supportive to us ever since! We can't thank Jason, Hayley and Townley enough for all their helpful advice and guidance throughout this whole process, which we have never experienced before as first time buyers! But they have made it a very enjoyable and exciting adventure for us so far, which we are very thankful for as it can be a very scary and unnerving journey to undertake for the first time with not much knowledge. Hayley's (our sale negotiator) approach felt very supportive and fair and I never felt overly pressured or rushed through any of the process. I recently used Curchods in New have to sell my house, I found their service very good indeed. They offered great advice and after my sale fell through, they were still keen and professional to get it sold quick by booking in lots of views, we were trying to buy somewhere and they said they would wait, but there was a worry that they would not. Grahams team were fantastic, we sold the house the 2nd time within a week. Because they were proactive, we managed to buy our next house. I can't thank them enough. I would 100% recommend them. They are also a personable team and were honest about what I should put my house on. Initially we had been on for a while with another agent and no firm offers, so we took their advice and reduced slightly, as this would mean we would get some offers, which gladly we did. We always got feed back after viewings and they would try and group them together which was better for us. Thanks for the hard work Curchods New Haw Team!!
