About Curchods New Haw

Our estate agents in New Haw specialise in the sales and letting of residential properties in New Haw, Woodham, Addlestone and the surrounding villages. Whether you’re buying, selling, letting or renting in the local area, Curchods Estate Agents are the experts on your doorstep in New Haw. After welcoming Townley Knott back to the New Haw office as Manager at the start of 2014, the office has gone from strength to strength. Townley comments “I have lived in the area my whole life and was a student at Fullbrook school many years ago. I joined Curchods in 2007 in the Woking office before transferring to New Haw in 2008 as negotiator. After 2 years I moved to the West Byfleet office before returning as manager in 2014. With an emphasis on customer relations I endeavour to provide the best possible service to both customers and clients alike. Being an independent agent, yet linked to the other Curchods offices, enables us to provide a service that is quite simply, second to none.” Curchods New Haw was recently awarded ‘Gold Winner’ for estate agent in West Byfleet and Addlestone at the British Property Awards 2023, an independent industry award which focuses on customer service.

From the start very pleased with the service from Curchods New Haw. The branch manager Townley set the ball rolling with a swift set up and gauged the price, spot on. Following on Hayley and Graham dealt well with the viewings, but special praise to Hayley who felt she had the perfect buyer up her sleeve and wrapped up the sale in a week. An all round friendly and very professional service. A pleasure to deal with all at the staff at the branch. We would have no hesitation recommending Curchods for the sale of your house.

Can happily recommend the team of Graham, Kevin and Townley (+ Hayley) at Curchods, New Haw. They are very much a team and I felt very well supported and advised throughout the process. All staff seemed to be aware of the progress and answered questions promptly. I was living with my parents and they sold their house using Curchods as the agent. They used Curchods because they have a superb reputation in the area and are considered to be one of the best in the area. They didn’t disappoint as there were plenty of viewings, a sale was agreed and completed in a very quick time and both I, and my parents, would recommend them to anyone who wants to sell their home
