Kate at Curchods was recommended by a neighbour as we set about selling our parents house, and was a pleasure to deal with from the outset. Friendly, experienced and mindful of the circumstances. We of course got quotes from 2 other estate agents but didn’t find them quite as compassionate or even all that interested in taking on the work. So we chose Curchods. Kate and the team took the time to onboard us at a comfortable pace, carefully and in detail. Their knowledge of the area, client list and track record is impressive. Amy, with the help of Debbie, managed the process of the listing and sale of the property effectively and efficiently, finding a suitable buyer and updating us regularly throughout the process, guiding us through the various decisions to be made along the way. This was my first experience of using the modern auction methodology and admittedly felt quite apprehensive. From my first conversation with Kelly there was no doubt in my mind that she would not only sell my house but also get a great price. As well as provide me with experience and expertise in this area.
