Patrick Dobson - Curchods Cobham

Patrick was fantastic in helping us find our first home in Cobham. He took us to multiple houses and listened to what we had to say about each, and used that to show us a property that wasn't yet listed, but that he thought would be perfect for us. He was always very quick to respond to emails, and kept us updated via both emails and calls which we really appreciated. He also gave us lots of recommendations for other services that we needed. We're very pleased and will definitely recommend Curchods to anyone else looking to buy a property.

Good honest communication

Thank you for all your diligent hard work in getting our sale and onward purchase to the contract exchange stage. You have been upfront, honest and pragmatic in representing the interests of your client and in assisting us to achieving this all too important landmark. I look forward to completing the transaction on Monday and seeing you to pick up the keys. Throughout our process of property searching, submitting offers and negotiating, I have found Curchods to be courteous, communicative, professional and working with the utmost integrity. You all should be very proud.
