Five star service from start to finish

Curchods embodies the best you would expect from an estate agency. Their staff ensure that clients are kept informed of all matters relating to a sale and do their best to minimise stress and inconvenience. They give objective advice when required and work very hard to achieve a sale at their valuation price. I would recommend them without reservation to any prospective seller and commend their professionalism in all aspects of the service they provide, especially Neil and Oliver who handled our sale.

Excellent service - can't rate highly enough

We appointed Curchods to sell our house in Cobham and were immediately impressed by their approach to getting to know us, the property and our situation. We immediately felt confident that the whole team were very capable and that they would be able to sell our house. Through what turned out to be a very protracted and, at times stressful, process the Curchods team (particularly Patrick) remained professional, positive and proactive. House Sale

Excellent support during the sale of my parents' home
