Curchods are a multi award winning estate agents, winners of the award for 'Surrey's Best Estate Agent (4+ offices category) for the last 3 years running - as voted for by the public in the 2014 Surrey Property Awards. Specialising in Residential Sales, Lettings, Mortgages and Land & New Homes. Cobham is headed up by manager Neil Morgan, a long established agent. Neil and his team have a vast experience in property which spans some 60 years. The office was set up nearly 30 years ago and is one of the oldest agencies in the village still under the same ownership. The attention to detail which we pay, means that our clients have the ultimate in customer service and as a result of this our clients regularly return to use us again and again, most of whom are happy to recommend us to friends and family. After viewing with Amy who is just loveley, we spoke and made our offer her liason between buyer and owner was always transparent and professional and in short a great experience i think for all parties. We did what we promised the sellers the same and Amy and her other team members at Curchods navigated the sale to a suc nessful close in record time. If i was to sell in the future Curchods would definetley be my goto in the area. GoogleBUYERS BEWARE I was a buyer, I was lied to about the construction type of a property ( turned out to be timber frame once survey was completed). When I brought this issue up I was told that my surveyor was wrong and they had sold the attached house nextdoor and it was not timber frame. This was incorrect and both properties were. I had to send the photo proof from my surveyor to convince them it was timber frame and they tried to pressure me into carrying one with the my purchase. Very unprofessional.
