We can’t thank Jon enough for everything he did to help us complete our house purchase. Even though he wasn’t actually our estate agent, he went above and beyond to help keep the whole chain moving and support our sellers’ purchase. Throughout what was a very stressful process, Jon was always proactive, responsive, and genuinely invested in getting things over the line. With our mortgage offer close to expiring, time was running out, and without his determination and hard work, we honestly don’t think we’d be sitting in our new home today. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and his communication and willingness to help made such a difference. It’s rare to come across someone who cares so much about achieving the best outcome for everyone involved. Thank you, Jon, we’re incredibly grateful for everything you did and would highly recommend you to anyone looking for an estate agent who truly goes the extra mile.

We engaged with Jon to sell our property after he showed us round a property we saw online. We made the decision to go on the market and Jon quickly arranged all that was required to do just that. Throughout the whole process Jon was on the ball liaising with the other Agents involved, their progress chasers and indeed Solicitors. Eventually we got over the line but it has to be said Jon was the major driving force behind it. Fantastic Agent, first class swift communication and a very nice chap as well.

Absolutely terrible experience with JW Wood in Bishop Auckland. Communication was poor from start to finish calls and emails were either ignored or took days to get a response. The staff seemed disorganized and uninterested in actually helping, which made an already stressful process even worse. There were multiple mistakes made along the way that should have been easily avoidable, and instead of taking responsibility, they just passed blame around. It felt like once they had my business, they didn’t care about providing any level of service. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, reliable estate agent. There are far better options out there.

The communication with everyone in the Bishop Auckland office has always been top notch. We bought our house through Paul and moved in just after Christmas. If we were to sell, we would be more than happy to go with him, as we could see that he looked after our seller, but was just as fair with us as the buyer! He was honest and upfront from day one and there were no games - which is refreshing when you’re buying or selling a house. Especially helpful when you’re doing both at the same time! This meant that we could make well informed and quick decisions without worrying about losing time or money, and get on with the process quickly. The deal was done and there was no back and forth or being messed about on either side. Communication was instant at all times, and he was the go between for both sides, as our sellers had already moved from the area. The level three survey we had done found an issue with the roof that was not obvious or visible at all and which our sellers had no idea about. Paul helped both sides handle that smoothly despite it being the middle of winter when we had snow, rain and wind. A repair was done that went above and beyond, and we were sent photos and videos which reassured us, and he exchanged messages between both sides. We first saw Paul on one of his YouTube videos and didn’t really know what to think! In real life he is much taller (!) and is just as friendly. Paul and his team are professional, plain talking and really good to work with. If you like a personal service, like to be organised and need people who do what they say they will, you’ll absolutely love using his services.

Fine & Country did an amazing job for us. They brought our small farm to market fast and got it sold rapidly, in an area with a lot of property that had been up for a long time. Their photography and brochures were excellent. There was always someone I could speak to at the end of the phone, messages were passed on quickly and response times were fast. Julie, their After Sales Manager, was amazing. She held it together, reassured us all and pushed it along marvellously when both sides of the solicitors were dragging their feet and wasting time. So diligent was the team, that they helped us iron out problems with Eon and the solar panels, after completion. I would highly recommend the Norwich office.

Avoid this company a bunch of scammers, especially Mandy Turner, Caitlin Lane, Sarah Rees and Sarah Breeze. They tried to demand 6 months rent in advance off me and refused to give me a contract. If they had given me a contract it would be fine but they did not. Very dodgy typical estate agent. Avoid and go with someone else. Mandy is very rude on the phone too and doesn’t like people who don’t have english accents.

As a first time buyer in the Fleet area, I had tried a bunch of the usual “big name” agents who for the most part were pretty disappointing. I then found a probate property being sold by TE KOOP. Frank and his team were amazing! Used Te Koop, and specifically Frank, to sell my elderly aunt’s property following her death. From the initial probate valuation Frank was professional and kind - without any hard sell. This prompted us to use him for the sale. An open day was successfully arranged and we felt well informed in regards to our options with purchasers. When solicitors slowed the process down unnecessarily it was Frank that managed to keep things progressing. He was readily available on the phone to answer any queries and kept us regularly updated. As we weren’t local to the property Frank dealt with all surveyors and visits required by the purchasers etc on our behalf. Paul has been phenomenal throughout this entire process, Paul clearly knows how to sell houses as following his advice throughout he managed to secure an offer above asking on the first day of viewings! But that's only half the story, Paul continued to provide top notch service throughout the remainder of the process, providing advice on my purchase, explaining all next steps, checking in to see how everything was going, liaising between myself and the buyer in a prompt modern and professional manner, assisting in chasing solicitors (as we all know what they are like!) and recommending other services such as constructional surveys.
