The total service from checking in to on going is so poor it is unbelievable! I have no idea how they call themselves Surrey's best! Far from it! My advice is any pre-conditions you have - make sure its been completed before signing anything or moving in! Do not assume it will be done and do not be naÃ¯ve to think they will take responsibility for it! Furthermore be prepared to keep chasing! As A landlord I would be weary of them as a simple inventory check can get lost and they have to come back a month later to re do it - This they find acceptable! The whole system is Flawed!
