I would highly recommend Curchods Guildford. Selling a property is a complex process involving managing and translating those conversations between the seller, the buyer and solicitors. The estate agent plays a vital part of this negotiation and people management to help things go smoothly. I would much prefer to use a bricks and mortar agent over an online model to help take the sales management off the seller's hands. Kat Mroz was my negotiator and proved to be a total expert and pleasure to work with during this process - always calm, patient, professional and adept at keeping things moving throughout any unplanned challenges, which can sometimes occur. A huge thanks to her, as well as to Charlie and all the team!

We brought our first home through Josh, he was so helpful throughout our journey. He was available for additional viewings out of hours and at weekends. He was responsive to any queries we had and we never waited longer then an hour for a WhatsApp message back. and was always available for a quick call. He would frequently check in with us and the seller to see where we were at with solicitors and even chased the solicitors on our behalf multiple times to ensure a smooth and quick process. Without Josh’ support we would not of been able to complete within 3 months of our first viewing on the property. We would highly recommend Josh. Thanks again !

We have just completed on our purchase of a beautiful period property sold by Clint. He was very knowledgeable about the house when we viewed it, enthusiastic and friendly, very pleasant to deal with. We had many problems down the chain causing delays to exchange and completion. Throughout, Clint was helpful with his advice and keeping communication flowing between us and the sellers, so we were able to retain the purchase agreement. Massive thank you to Clint for the sale on our apartment. Clint put our apartment on the market and less than 2 weeks later.. sold it! Had previously sold our house with another estate agent however unfortunately sale fell through and was taking months to try and find a buyer and was getting no where. Got in contact with Clint and within a week of being on the market with him, we had sold!! He was absolutely amazing took care of everything!
