Met John for an initial valuation. His style of soft selling was just not applicable to my requirements. Time was of the essence, so I need someone with high energy, who would exude some passion into the process. Had I have been granted more time, perhaps I would have at least allowed John to run with my case. However, my decision to choose another local agent was the best decision afterall. I was disappointed that the photos were taken by himself/agents - looking on Rightmove, the photos here compared to those that use a professional photographer are lightyears apart. I need my house (and all the hardwork that went into it!) to be represented in the best light possible

Curchods sold our family home of over 60 years. Esme Webster-Brooks was our key contact and throughout the process was extremely professional, proactive, helpful, reassuring and gave some very useful advice. The service was above and beyond, including visiting the property for insurance and survey purposes when we couldn't and doing the final meter readings. Everything happened in a timely fashion (where it was in Curchods control) and we are very pleased with all the team and all that they did for us.

Curchods did a great job of selling our property in a difficult market. Adam and Esme were honest and realistic about the state of the market and what we could achieve, which helped us set the right price quickly rather than ask for something too ambitious. Once the sale was agreed in principle they worked hard to make sure the sale completed with minimum fuss, and were as successful as one can probably expect to be in the current market - i.e. there were issues but they overcame them well. Overall, commendable and recommended.

I had an excellent experience with Curchods in East Horsley throughout my flat purchase. The whole team were incredibly efficient, communicative, and supportive from start to finish. They were always quick to get answers, acted as a brilliant liaison between all parties, and made the entire process feel much smoother than I expected. A special thank you to Lucy, she was outstanding at every stage. On the day of my viewing it was very hot, and after realising we'd walked from Horsley station she kindly offered us a lift back to save us a long walk back in the heat. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really showed how much she cares about her clients. Lucy's professionalism and kindness continued throughout the process. I also want to mention Adam and Nina, who were always polite, charming, and genuinely helpful whenever I called. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and they kept everything moving promptly.
