Lucy at Curchods, East Horsley went above and beyond what you would expect from an estate agent. Showing us the house on her day off. Informing us of all the many activities to be had in East Horsley, we felt welcomed to the village before we had even moved. The whole team at Curchods are very friendly, approachable and full of ideas. Steph showed us the house initially and her enthusiasm for all of what could be done to make it our own was fantastic. A little longer than I thought!

From my initial viewing and my first offer, the process of buying a house took a while longer than I thought it would, however I was lucky enough to have Lucy at the end of the phone keeping me up to date with all the twist and turns the vendors were doing. So finally the day nears when I collect the keys to my new house and the work really begins so I would like to thank Lucy and everyone at Curchods for all your hard work.

Outstanding service from Robert Jenkins

We recently purchased 4 West End Cottages in Ripley through Robert and his team. It was a complicated process due to a number of factors, made more difficult because we needed to complete by the 31st of March to avoid paying the double stamp duty. Our buyer created numerous problems and it looked like we weren't going to make it. Despite the fact that we weren't selling through Curchods, Robert stepped in and negotiated with our buyer and helped to pull the whole thing together. Without him, we simply couldn't have done it. His service has been excellent all the way through the process and in the final weeks was simply outstanding. We really can't praise him enough.

Friendly, Efficient, Professional

Robert showed us round several properties and provided good insights into the houses and the local area. He was very fair and articulate when we discussed house prices and regularly kept in contact throughout the time we were under offer. He went out of his way to assist in answering some late queries and helped co-ordinate the vendor's solicitors to facilitate a time pressured exchange of contracts. Brilliant service!

We began our property search over a year ago, and the first property we viewed in the Horsley area was with Robert Jenkins.
