A super estate agency

I think many people approach estate agents with a bit of trepidation, not knowing how straightforward the relationship will be. Outstanding service

We had tried several agents to seek our rather niche market house but after 16 months we had had no luck. We transferred to Curchods, and the team there seemed to get the bit between their teeth and regard it as a personal challenge to seek the place. And lo and behold - they have! I absolutely cannot fault Kate and Lucy. They kept us informed at all times ( even then there was nothing to inform is about, but just to keep in touch ) and they encouraged us to review the situation regularly. Excellent Service Provided

From the start, we were very impressed with the explanation of the services provided and the confidence of the presentation. The ability to find potential buyers was correctly registered and the subsequent stream of viewings over a short period was impressive, particularly when compared to the low level of activities shown by the joint agent. A firm offer of the asking price on only the fifth day was also well above average expectations. Relationships with the day to day dealings thereafter were friendly and very efficient. Good advice could always be relied on. Although stress during house moves are to be expected, it was kept well in bounds, even to us "wrinklies". Overall, an exceptionally good service and deserving a high recommendation..

Finding the right buyer for the family him either that's been part of the family for 50 years..

Unoccupied house sale in difficult times

Curchods managed to maintain momentum in our house sale despite a number of trying difficulties further down the chain which led to the chain breaking on two occasions resulting in a protracted sale. Despite this the sale was successful with the added bonus of a higher sale price after each interruption of the chain!
