GoogleAs a vendor having to sell our family home from quite a distance from Surrey I can't speak highly enough of the professional assistance and support given to me by the whole team at Curchods in East Horsley. They all went 'the extra mile' to deal with the many issues that arose over the house itself (in finding local contractors to assist) and in liaising with the buyersand legal teams at each stage. They kept me fully informed of progress, chased up late or missing information and reassured me at worrying moments as I am sure they also did for the buyers.

GoogleChurchods East Horsley have been exemplary in supporting our purchase. Our journey began a year ago viewing properties and we were introduced to a property by Lucy which we finally purchased in June 2025. Nothing was too much trouble for Lucy ably supported by Ffenella despite our numerous visits to the property. The WhatsApp group set up provided easy and efficient communications. If we were ever to sell we would want Lucy to act for us!

They were patient, kept in constant communication and facilitated some very tricky negotiations within a fairly fragile chain. Kate was fantastic with her advise and calm manner in which she dealt with us and the other members of the chain. Lucy was diligent, responsive and super helpful. GoogleWe had a fairly painful two year search due to the state of the housing market. However, Curchods were fantastic - very attentive and helpful, particularly after we had several setbacks in our search. Lucy was hugely knowledgeable about the local area and really looked after us and provided us with guidance and advice, culminating in us (finally!) moving into a house that is going to be fantastic for our family for many years to come. GoogleI recently purchased a house in West Horsley through Curchods in East Horsley. I found the staff to be very thorough and quickly able to understand what I was looking for and from that the sort of houses that would and wouldn't appeal to me. During the rather tortuous road from offer to completion they were always willing to help and tried to find angles to speed up the process. They kept me up to date at all times without being overbearing. A particular thank you to Kevin Richardson. Covid protocols were strictly applied at all times.
