After trying 3 other estate agents in northwich for 1 year I had lost hope and thought i would be trapped and never be able to move. Thank god someone recommended ewemove. Within 2 days the lovely estate agents were over taking the best pictures I had ever seen of my house and getting me 6 viewings in a few days. The other estate agents only got me 5 viewings in 1 year!!! The house sold stc 2 weeks later. I am so happy. Northwich, Cheshire is known for being a very slow market but ewemove made it feel fast. The other estate agent pictures were awful and were super slow with marketing and getting me viewings. I would 100% recommend to anyone in cheshire trying to sell. They are also cheaper than the other estate agents which is amazing as they are worth their weight in gold. I owe you everything thank you both so much xx

From the moment we met Sam and Pete, we knew we were in safe hands. What we didn't expect was that by the end of the process, they'd feel more like friends than estate agents! They sold our house incredibly quickly and made what could have been a stressful experience feel so much easier. Throughout the whole process, they kept us updated every step of the way, were always available to answer our questions, and their knowledge and reassurance gave us complete confidence from start to finish. Not to mention how exceptional the pictures came out of our house, we almost debated selling it! They knew how important it was for us to move quickly, and they absolutely delivered. The Walton on Thames property was marketed as refurbished, with works taking place before the tenancy began. After the viewing and once the paperwork was signed, it became clear that repairs and improvements stopped and were not presented as promised. Over 18 months, the boiler failed three times, with the same issue recurring and leaving us without hot water and heating for days. Fixes were consistently short‑term and cost‑driven. The letting agent followed the landlord’s direction throughout and did not act impartially until after I engaged a lawyer. The tenancy concluded the same way it was managed, with unreasonable and unsupported deposit deductions, causing further unnecessary stress.

She has tried for around two months to find me a property and shown me multiple properties to find me the right fit.
