Lucy was more than professional keeping us updated throughout ensuring we were well informed. We've just moved into our newly rented home, which was let by Curchods and negotiated by Joseph McNulty, who did a fantastic job for us. Honey was fantastic through the whole process when helping us find our next place to live. Despite viewing a property outside of our budget and not thinking we should apply, Honey suggested we put an offer in anyway. To our surprise we were accepted! Overall the communication and helpfulness has been excellent. Finding somewhere to live with a tight deadline is never straightforward, but thankfully this time it was. Lucy was great with us. Answered any query and super helpful. Especially trying to move with a 20month old. Also during the viewing Lucy was the only person out of all the companies we viewed properties with, who actually acknowledged our son during the viewing letting him explore. We just felt really looked after as tenants and not just a 2nd priority to the landlord which was nice.
