GoogleHaving recently moved into a home let by Curchods I have been really happy with the service provided by their team. They guided us through the move in wonderfully and have since been extremely attentive in response to questions we have had about the property. Alongside this, their tenancy management team, specifically Tammy, have been brilliant at getting back to us and helping to fix any issues that have arisen. I have had a lot of estate agents in my time renting and Curchods have been the best of them by a long way.

GoogleThe Curchods Guildford lettings team have been great. Lucy showed us a couple of rentals and was always on-time, knowledgeable about the properties and landlords, and very professional. Joseph then looked after all the important stuff - negotiating the price, coordinating KYC and paperwork, and was on hand that first week ironing out small move-in wrinkles which are inevitable when moving house. If it wasn’t for Joseph, being such a star, I know the whole process would have been more stressful and difficult. Now that I am in the property I have then been introduced to Tammy in property management, who has similarly been great as she’s quick to reply to emails and gets issues resolved asap. Big thanks to the Curchods team!

GoogleJasmine & Lucy both helped us with our move - the process was seamlessly efficient. A special mention goes to Madeline, who was absolutely fantastic throughout. She was chatty, humorous, and highly informative, always keeping me updated and making sure I understood each step.
