We had a difficult time selling our house through no fault of Curchods but due instead to chains breaking at difficult times. Throughout, the staff at Curchods New Malden kept us informed of developments and were generally proactive in progressing and resolving issues. Our third and final sale was successful and we would recommend Curchods as a local agent when selling.

A very helpful firm that did their homework on the property, before providing a valuation. Curchods (Woking) were very supportive and epitomise why inernet agents are a bad idea. When it goes wrong (buyer pulling out) you need an agent to reposnd quickly and pull out all the stops to get you back on track -as they did. The staff are friendly and professional and make you feel they are on your side every step of the way. They know the area very well and we have no hesitation in recommending them.

Jake Wood gave excellent feedback and advice when trying to sell our property. it took some time but that was no fault of Curchod's, rather the nature of the property. After the offer had been accepted Jake supported us right through to exchange. His enthusiasm and help were invaluable to me as we had some difficulties with the people were buying from (a transaction independent of Curchod's).

I suggest if you are selling or buying a house then see townley or Amanda at curchods in new haw are house was with another agent for six months with no sale we moved to curchods they sold it in a week they did all the chasing on solicitors kept a eye on the house kept me updated all the time even went and read the gas and electric meters for me nothing was to much trouble for them they are a amazing team I would highly recommend them

We were very happy with the service we received from Curchods, New Malden. Stuart was very good at communicating with us every step of the way. Our house was being sold at a difficult economic time but Curchods persevered and got us a sale price which we feared we wouldn't get at one point. They kept up a really good rate of viewings and were very professional and knowledgeable about how to find the right buyer for the property. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We purchased a house through Curchods and sold the same through Curchods; both times we were quite pleased with their performance. Although our experience with Curchods in selling the house was outstanding which shows their continuous improvement in client satisfaction. All of the people we dealt with in Curchods were quite helpful but Jake Wood performance that handled the sale was truly great. He is a fantastic and very diligent agent. Extremely quick without compromising on the efficiency or quality of the tasks that a real estate agent needs to take on. It was an absolute pleasure working with him. Curchods management should be proud of him. It is people like Jake that build up reputation capital for Curhods as a brand.

Curchods managed to maintain momentum in our house sale despite a number of trying difficulties further down the chain which led to the chain breaking on two occasions resulting in a protracted sale. Despite this the sale was successful with the added bonus of a higher sale price after each interruption of the chain!
