View AgentsA pleasure to deal with!
The branch manager and his staff were very responsive and professional throughout the process. From the initial valuation, photo-taking, feedback from staff after each viewing, to the negotiation and post-sales, we had a positive experience at all stages of the process.. Would recommend to a friend.

View AgentsBrillant, best estate agent I have ever used!!
I have sold several houses in the past and was dreading the thought of selling again. Burns and Webber are superb. They care about you, listen to any worries and give you excellent advice. They are always very quick to return phone calls or emails. In successfully sold my flat through them and I would recommend them very highly. Use an agency that cares and looks after you, is my top tip. Burns and Webber do that 100%

View AgentsVery professional
Many thanks for your help. After struggling to find buyers with other estate agents who could complete, for more than a year, I didn't think the sale would happen. Very glad to have gone with Curchods who very professional from the beginning. Not only in finding a buyer but the right buyer. Very happy with the quick email response from Mark to queries, and being active during the negotiations in making sure the sale went through.

View AgentsHouse Sale in Row Town
From the start the service I received was totally professional and a refreshing change from the previous agents we had been with and who had annoyingly wasted some 3 months of our time. The whole team evaluated our house to make sure they completely understood the features it offered and how it would meet the requirements of potential buyers. Within a week we had been inundated with viewings and agreed a sale exactly 7 days after going on the market with them. Our buyers encountered several issue during the process of selling their flat but the team worked tirelessly with their agents and solicitors to ensure the sale was successful. I whole heartedly recommend using Curchods

View AgentsSold in one week!
We had our flat to sell with another agent for fifteen weeks without any joy so we gave Curchods a try and felt more confident right from the off and had a firm offer within a week. Found them to be very much on the ball which is what we needed to progress with the sale as quickly as possible. Highly recommended,

Graham at Curchods provided an excellent service. He was very professional and pleasant to deal with. He showed his expertise by managing to find us a new buyer within hours after our first buyer decided to pull out. This really made a difference and allowed us to continue with our purchase.

There is no higher endorsement of good service than a recommendation to friends and family. Churchods certainly earns that recommendation. Rupert and Jenny were excellent, got us the priced promised and dealt quickly and effectively with any issues. If we move again there is only one company we will ask to sell our house.

Curchods have been brilliant from the start. Everybody has been very attentive and helpful whenever I've called. Thanks pertucularly to Graham South who managed to secure a sale and been extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Will always recommend Curchods in future.
