From the first contact to the Tenant moving, all our discussions were very clear and well managed. Responsive communications by email were very convenient whilst abroad and acceptance of electronic signatures meant there were no delays. Excellent service all round.

The photography and presentation of property details were good. The apartment was shown to several quality applicants. A new tenancy was arranged with only a couple of days' void period. On reflection - I would have liked a bit more rent but I think a good tenant is more important.. I would probably work with Burns & Webber again. .

My tenant handed in their notice and I asked Curchods to find another tenant. It definitely took rather longer than I had hoped to get a tenant witha few false starts (hence not an excellent rating), but once a tenant was found, the process was very efficient and speedily done. As it happened, the new tenant wanted to move in very quickly so I had a very short void, although I am hopeful it will not be so last minute next time. Overall I am very satisfied with Curchods Lettings.
