Penny Maple helped me sell my house quickly and successfully, despite what was quite a challenging sale. The situation wasn’t straightforward, and the other joint owner was not always very cooperative, but Penny handled everything with professionalism, patience and grace. She consistently followed up, kept things moving, and saw the sale through to completion with great competence. This wasn’t the first time I’ve received such excellent service from Penny. Having worked in Sales for nearly all my professional career, I am quite sensitive to unfair criticism of sales people particularly Estate Agents. If you are looking to buy or sell your property in Weybridge, look no further;Curchods Weybridge is the best estate agency in town. The team brings a ‘human element’ to sales along with genuine sincerity. Grant Letts manages a fantastic team at the Weybridge office who belong to an ilk that value honesty and integrity. Having dealt with Grant in the past ,I got a couple of valuations from other estate agents on my property and quickly realised that one was over valuing the property to get the listing and the other could simply not understand the uniqueness of the property and showed very little self-belief in selling it at at it’s market value. Ellyshia was the assigned sales negotiator who did the viewings and Kate did a couple as well. Both were superb. Ellyshia was , process driven and provided prompt feedback after each viewing. There were a few problems that delayed the sale due to issues further down the chain and frustratingly ,the buyers solicitor using delaying tactics. Ellyshia was resilient and liaised with everyone from chasing solicitors and estate agents down the chain .She demonstrated remarkable tenacity to ensure that the property sale concluded on the revised date . Louis was accommodating, quick to respond, organized an inspection instantly and is extremely professional and friendly. As soon as I saw the property, I applied and was handed on to Claudia, who has not only been lovely and incredibly proactive, but incredibly detailed throughout the process of securing my first rental in the UK. I would've given this review more than 5 stars if it allowed me to. I had given up on dealing with estate agents. The warm fuzzy feeling you should get when buying a home, quickly turned to being a chore. Until I met Kate from Curchods, Weybridge on around my 28th viewing. She gave me hope... Very pleased to write this review for Curchods Weybridge. Needed to sell a flat fairly swiftly but did not want to compromise on the asking price. Had a few local agents value the property and was impressed by Rhys from Curchods….gave me recent comparisons, a market overview but listened to me too. His professional style was just the right balance of knowledge, confidence and customer awareness. His valuation was much higher than the other 2 agents but I liked his confidence that we would achieve this. We had not yet put the flat up for sale officially and already had a requested viewing!
