Mark has been an absolute delight and I am so pleased that he was the one to sell me my new house. My move was not planned, expected or a cause for celebration but he made everything as easy as house purchasing can be. Some other estate agents I found made me feel under huge pressure, Mark did not do that, he gave me the space to make the choice that was best for me while also making sure I had everything I needed to make that decision and just telling me it as it was. I didn't go for the first property he showed me but based on our conversations he shared with me the perfect match. I can't think Mark enough, though hopefully I won't need to move again anytime soon!

Mark showed us a property just before Christmas and we had a really positive experience. He was extremely knowledgeable about the house and was able to answer all of our questions in detail, which made the viewing feel very informative and relaxed. +I honestly wish there's a 10 start rating, I would have gladly given it all, I had a terrible experience with most of the letting agent in Woking, episodes of showing my sister and I a property to them not giving us feed back about our offer being approved/granted, We had to keep chasing and calling as our notice period was almost due, It was a disaster, We had lost hope and was playing the worst scenario in our heads already! Then Laura called from Curchods, It was her pleasant voice initially, and then her professionalism unfolded her politeness, My sister was like, "Seems this letting agent isn't like the other ones we have met, The lady speaking is very professional and polite" Well, lets wait and see- Laura showed us a flat on a one time viewing, spoke to us timely, guided us through the process and Voila! I was disappointed to learn that, although they initially valued my mother’s property highly and were very convincing about what they could achieve, the experience changed once the first three weeks had passed. Since then, there has been considerable pressure to reduce the asking price. Having worked in the city, I’m familiar with some of the tactics used to win business and then apply pressure afterwards, not very professional. I also felt that the team lacked sufficient local knowledge and experience. Perhaps they should consider employing staff who have a stronger understanding of the area and can properly highlight the unique selling points of local properties. I would strongly recommend doing your due diligence before signing with them and being locked in for months. While they are very good at presenting themselves and talking about how they can outperform the competition, in my experience the focus should ultimately be on the client and achieving the best possible outcome for them.
