Curchods (Woking) were very supportive and epitomise why inernet agents are a bad idea. When it goes wrong (buyer pulling out) you need an agent to reposnd quickly and pull out all the stops to get you back on track -as they did. The staff are friendly and professional and make you feel they are on your side every step of the way. They know the area very well and we have no hesitation in recommending them.

Many thanks for your help. After struggling to find buyers with other estate agents who could complete, for more than a year, I didn't think the sale would happen. Very glad to have gone with Curchods who very professional from the beginning. Not only in finding a buyer but the right buyer. Very happy with the quick email response from Mark to queries, and being active during the negotiations in making sure the sale went through.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.

The reviewer ticked it on the review form, the agent recorded it, or the review says so. Reviews that do not say are not counted here, so the real number is usually higher.
