Kate Brooks held the chain tothether despite the usual shenanigans from some so called professionals. She kept us informed at every stage with almost daily calls and when things got hairy she tightened the screws on the slackers. A great service from a friendly and helpful team and I will be recommending them to family and friends in the future.

I don't write reviews that often as am very busy but I think the service provided by Curchods in Ottershaw was fantastic and so I just wanted to pass on my thanks. I know estate agents can sometimes get a name for not caring or providing a poor service and being "all about the money." However, from the start when I looked to put my house on the market I have been extremely impressed with the professionalism shown by this team notably Brad and Grant but really the whole team who I came into contact with (I didn't catch the name of the lady who would always answer the phone unfortunately). I really appreciated the way they frequently kept me up to date on all developments, or even if not much had happened since our last contact. This also meant that it became clear if they were waiting on me to move the process forward so as to avoid unnecessary delay. Not only that but, as I do not live in the area (the property was being let out at the time) they were able to organise viewings with the tenants, collect keys from the letting agents and generally go beyond what I have become accustomed to expect. I am not looking at buying in the area, but if I were to ever buy or sell in future I would have no doubt who I would go to as my agents as I really cannot recommend the service highly enough. Buying/selling a house is always a massive hassle, but I must thank the team for minimising that hassle and providing an excellent service throughout.

Rupert was extremely responsive from the outset and very flexible. the marketing material for our property looked superb and they delivered on their promise getting it sold. Once a sale was agreed Jenny was also superb, really helping the process along and getting it across the line at the end during a slightly protracted exchange process.

After a rather unsatisfactory start the relationship improved resulting in the sale of the property at a price close to what we had ultimately agreed. On reflection the initial anticipated price was too optimistic. This had also been quoted by others so we feel that Curchods cannot really be criticised for that. Altogether a good experience. From the start, we were very impressed with the explanation of the services provided and the confidence of the presentation. The ability to find potential buyers was correctly registered and the subsequent stream of viewings over a short period was impressive, particularly when compared to the low level of activities shown by the joint agent. A firm offer of the asking price on only the fifth day was also well above average expectations. Relationships with the day to day dealings thereafter were friendly and very efficient. Good advice could always be relied on. Although stress during house moves are to be expected, it was kept well in bounds, even to us "wrinklies". Overall, an exceptionally good service and deserving a high recommendation..

We appointed Curchods to sell our house in Cobham and were immediately impressed by their approach to getting to know us, the property and our situation. We immediately felt confident that the whole team were very capable and that they would be able to sell our house. Through what turned out to be a very protracted and, at times stressful, process the Curchods team (particularly Patrick) remained professional, positive and proactive. I have no doubt that their open communication and inclusive approach was critical to completing our sale. I cannot recommend the team in Vobham highly enough and would appoint Curchods every time.

From pre-sale to completion Dan Dewar and his team were amazing, I can't recommend Burns & Webber in Farnham highly enough. On the sales side we have experienced that some estate agents in Farnham get people to show potential buyers around your property when they haven't even seen it themselves in advance. This was refreshingly never the case with Burns & Webber - every person who showed potential buyers our property was well prepared. Once our property was under offer, Salv was brilliant at keeping everyone in the chain informed and progress chasing to get things done on time. Salv totally had his 'finger on the pulse'. The communication between the whole team was absolutely seamless - as and when our main contact was ever on annual leave it was great to experience that we were totally unaffected. Burns & Webber are great at thinking 'outside the box' as and when we need to search for a solution to make things work. They were also very understanding of our personal situation as and when the need arose. If we ever do move again .......... I'm definitely appointing Burns & Webber! "

Mark, who heads up the office, is always our go to and offers wonderful advice, great market insight and competitive pricing when it comes to valuing property. He gives you a realistic price, not an over-inflated one just to get your business. Our most recent house sale just went through last week and the wonderful Gillian was our main point of contact. She was simply marvellous. She kept us updated all the way through, liaised with solicitors on our behalf and kept the whole process running smoothly. Bradley Pearce has been just amazing, He has been to hell and back again this past few weeks to get my sale through. We have had so many problems thrown at us and he has on my behalf been relentless getting answers from some not so professional people. I can not fault him in any way. We got there and I cant praise him enough. From start to finish Curchods have been so professional and most importantly kept me informed and up to date at all times.
