In a difficult market Clive, Kate and Lucy persevered to find the right buyer for a wonderful property that my parents bought in the 60's and has been "Home" for the whole of my life. Difficult to say goodbye to a member of the family but I am confident Curchods found a buyer who will appreciate, improve and enjoy the house.

We chose Curchods to look after the sale of our property as we were looking for a team who were able to understand our needs and get the right kind of buyer and someone who also knew the area well. The team at Otterhaw were brilliant from start to finish and were really enthusiastic about our property, which I think helped get us get the offers we did. They were very helpful during the negotiation period and got us an offer we were happy with. and they went above and beyond their duty and did things that other estate agents in our chain should have done, e.g. keeping my vendor up to date who had nothing to do with Curchods. There were some difficult moments and Grant Letts in particular was excellent in dealing with things that were potential show stoppers and that just shows the level of experience he has. We definitely chose the best option considering how many Churchods sold signs we see in the area compare to other estate agents. Excellent professional service throughout the process and a job well done. Our sale was pretty much stress free.

There's lots that can go wrong but thanks to Jake who helped us jump through the obstacles we found our sale was completed in time and as planned. Townley the Manager and his team were very knowledgeable of the sales process and accompanied all viewings (many) and reported on all outcomes. They have expansive knowledge of the housing market in their operating area. The time line from accepted offer to exchange and completion has been fully communicated between all parties and hitches along the way have been handled professionally And they are a happy friendly bunch of people!!

We had tried several agents to seek our rather niche market house but after 16 months we had had no luck. We transferred to Curchods, and the team there seemed to get the bit between their teeth and regard it as a personal challenge to seek the place. And lo and behold - they have! I absolutely cannot fault Kate and Lucy. They kept us informed at all times ( even then there was nothing to inform is about, but just to keep in touch ) and they encouraged us to review the situation regularly. They were always at the end of a phone or email, and we were never left without an answer or wondering what was going on. I cannot praise them highly enough..
