The whole team at West Byfleet Curchods have been excellent. Special mention to Thomas Hill who has been fantastic throughout the whole process. Whilst we were lucky and they were managing both our sale and the sale of the property we were buying, Thomas took control of the rest of the chain to make the process as smooth as possible. Final special mention to Mark Allard who assisted on our previous two house moves over the last 20 years... so I know the excellent service was not just a one-off. Highly recommended.

Mark and his team looked after me so well throughout the whole process and I am very grateful. I would like to make a special mention however about Thomas, who was such an excellent support and showed nothing but kindness and patience during what was a very stressful time in my life. He helped to explain things clearly and was always at the end of the phone to help me with any query no matter how big or small. My whole experience was so positive right up until the big moving day itself and I feel very lucky to have had such a smooth journey along the way thanks to this first-class friendly service. After a number of false starts and a considerable period of time as a result of bad luck along the way the transaction has finally exchanged today. Thomas Hill has been exceptional. We asked Curchods in West byfleet to sell my mother's house. They were very proactive in finding us a buyer who to be honest is perfect. From Marketing to offer only took 10 days. Even though our sale and purchase was fairly straightforward there were other aspects of the chain which proved challenging. Throughout all of it up to and beyond exchange everyone was professional, easily approachable and very patient as at times it did become quite stressful.
