From start to finish we can’t thank you enough Leah and the team at the Taunton branch. Leah has been professional from the first meet and has worked hard and kept in contact with the both of us at all times on WhatsApp and by email and telephone. Any appointment was arranged in good time and all communication was done in a professional and friendly manner. Our house is now sold STC and we have been fortunate enough to find a new bungalow with Leah and the team as well. Obviously it’s early days but if the sale goes as well as our purchase then we can’t thank you enough for all your hard work. We have now completed our sale and purchase and we are delighted. Everything went well even down to last day when we picked up the keys for our new home. If you want to sell please use the property centre you won’t be disappointed. Credits to Stuart and Joel, who have both been fantastic during the onboarding process and introducing the system to us properly from the start. Everyone has been really helpful, responsive and easy to deal with throughout - Only regret is not coming across this sooner!! Massive thank you to Chris on the production team for being a great help out with my editing requests...including digitally evicting a dog from one of our tours😂 Everything has been quick, easy and professional, and the turnaround times have been great. All of the staff at Victoria Pinkerton could not have made such a stressful event any easier. Every phone call was answered with someone who was extremely helpful. In particular, Lydia and Christina were beyond accommodating and never made us feel like any question was too much. Was told about Made Snappy 360 by a colleague and after looking at the website, I had a call with Rob Austin and I decided to sign up for the one month trial. The equipment came within a couple of days of sign up. The following day I was booked in for a training session with Joel Turner. The Ricoh camera is super easy to use and a great piece of technology that can create both a 360 VT and a whole floor plan from just one image per room. So far, I have only tried in 1 and 2 bed properties so the process has literally taken 5-10 minutes. 2D photos have come back with around 20mins of upload and tour and floor plan within 24 hours. Very impressed. From the initial call with Rob, he was been extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and talked me through the 360 kit and how it can benefit the business. He kept in touch throughout the trial period and nothing was too much of a bother and no question was too big or small.
