GoogleCurchods in Shepperton are a great team, who worked together to land a slightly tricky sale. We asked Curchods to sell our Mother’s retirement flat, which another agent had already tried to do for a year, without success. The market in these types of properties is tough. Their office on the High Street brings them a local presence, and the whole team contributed to achieving a successful sale. Their dealings were always professional and they showed great persistence. GoogleFirst time mortgage with Amol and team was brilliantly handled. Good advice and they were available through out the process. Ours was a complicated mortgage as the house was arranged as 3 separate properties and Mortgage Kart was available with help on next steps and managing the bank on timelines. We also got the best price on re-mortgage, easy process hassle free and no hidden fees. Everything including banks one off fees was converted to sho what the actual mortgage rate was that each bank was offering.

GoogleI have to say Carl was amazing. I was not his customer but buying a house through ewe-move, however I found Carl went above and beyond to get all the answers required and worked hard to resolve any issues. He never once made me feel a nuisance for asking and I asked a lot but hey it’s not a car which I can research or go in time and again to sit in. 😀 Obviously he had his customer’s best interest at heart but mediated well. He was often ahead of me and sorted the next stage or question before I asked - he may have a nervous twitch after this. I would have no hesitation using Carl if I was ever daft enough to move again. 😂 Thanks Carl.

Caitlin was our main focal within the office and we cant recommend highly enough. We were kept in constant contact with regular updates. All necessary chasing was done very effectively with the whole process trouble free without any unnecessary delays. Great team effort from all those at the Shepperton Office.

GoogleThe number does not work and they make it extremely difficult to cancel the subscription on purpose, there is no way of doing it through their portal. There is a long winded way which doesnt even work. Please save your time and money.
