I’ve had an excellent experience working with Elliot. From start to finish, he has been completely on it , always proactive, highly interactive, and incredibly responsive. No matter the time or question, he was quick to reply and kept everything moving smoothly. He’s also been really patient throughout the house viewings and never made us feel rushed. He took his time and made sure we could properly look around and think things through. He was also very polite and professional, and really patient with all our questions, always happy to help and explain things clearly. It’s rare to find someone this dedicated and easy to work with. In a stressful situation with chain purchase, Ruby and Rupert were always accessible on a phone, very honest and supportive for us as buyers of our new home. We recently sold our flat through Curchods (having purchased it via them some years previously). At the same time, we purchased our new house through them as well. Curchods knowledge of New Malden is excellent and from the start Rupert had a brilliant grasp on both the kind of property we were looking for and our budgetary restrictions. In a challenging market for a buyer with a chain, Rupert never stopped working to get us into places to view and kept thinking of us when new places came on to the market. This hard work secured us a property in our preferred area of New Malden within budget - no easy task! Our sale had its’ ups and downs (as they all do) and Ruby was absolutely fantastic at giving feedback on viewings and also keeping me calm during to to-ing and fro-ing of the sale. As a leasehold flat there were a number of queries and things that needed attention and Ruby was polite and efficient throughout. We appreciated her care and level head when negotiating. All of the Curchods team were extremely polite and very quick at responding to calls or emails. I heartily recommend them to anyone for a Sale or Purchase.

I recently purchased my first home through Rupert, and I must say, despite him representing the seller rather than us, the experience was remarkably positive. His professionalism throughout the entire process was impressive. He clearly had his client's best interests at heart, but managed to maintain a respectful approach with us as buyers too. What particularly stood out was Rupert's efficiency - he kept the process moving at a good pace, and wasn't shy about giving me a gentle nudge when needed to keep things on track! Whenever I had questions or concerns, he was just a phone call away and his quick response time made a world of difference during what can be a stressful time. Even though we were on opposite sides of the transaction, Rupert made the experience surprisingly smooth and positive. If I ever find myself selling a property in the future, I'd definitely want someone with Rupert's skills and approach in my corner. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to friends or family looking to sell their homes.

The estate agent I chose to instruct use EMZO for completing all the photos/videos on their behalf - and my goodness I’m SO grateful and glad they do. The professionalism and communication from day 1 has been very reassuring, I felt heard and understood.
