Barbara was very professional, courteous and friendly, as were all the other team members at the New Malden branch. I felt that throughout the sales process they were doing everything possible to identify viewers and to ensure that the sales process moved along quickly and efficiently. They kept in regular contact with me and it was easy for me to contact Curchods when I needed to speak with someone. Having put my house on the market in the autumn of 2023 it proved to be a difficult time to sell. However, Curchods persevered with a huge number of viewings and finally, after one or two tentative offers from people who hadn't had offers on their own properties, a couple came forward who were first time-buyers, hence no chain, and very keen to move quickly.
