GoogleUnreliable and dishonest company. Switched my energy supplier without permission despite clearly stating I had to wish for them to do so. Only found out I had been switched to some energy provider by the name of Rebel Energy over two months after this useless company (Ittria) fraudulently switched it over. Ended up having to pay way more than I was previously paying for energy and will no doubt be getting a further bill with exit fees which were not part of my previous energy supplier. Ittria is an absolute disgrace of a company and should be utterly ashamed for their appalling behaviour. Given the choice, I would most certainly not use this company for referencing or any other business. I would highly recommend this company be avoided at all costs.
