My journey from start to finish selling my house with Curchods has been amazing. Stuart Baker has been brilliant throughout, from giving me a quote on my house, showing around potential buyers and selling. I'm also sure he has done a lot more than what's in his job description, states, stepping in when solicitors have failed to do so. The rest of the staff have also been really friendly and helpful especially Lizzie, always bubbly when you speak to her. Thank you all X

Very good service from Curchods - persevered to get the sale we wanted.

We were very happy with the service we received from Curchods, New Malden. Stuart was very good at communicating with us every step of the way. Our house was being sold at a difficult economic time but Curchods persevered and got us a sale price which we feared we wouldn't get at one point. They kept up a really good rate of viewings and were very professional and knowledgeable about how to find the right buyer for the property. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Excellent, professional service.

We have been delighted with the service we received at Curchods New Malden whilst selling our house. We had previously had a very negative experience with another group of estate agents whilst buying/selling. Therefore we were considering marketing our property ourselves this time, using an online service to avoid agent fees - I'm so glad we didn't go down that route! Our agent negotiated a better deal than we could of ourselves and assisted with many more unforeseen negotiations along the way to completion. Smoothing out issues as they arose.
