We have had the best experience with this letting agency. Saturday morning I applied to view a property in Gillingham. Saturday afternoon around 1.30Ish Katie called to get more details and then arranged a viewing with us at 4pm the same day. We met Katie at the property and she freely let us wander for as long as we wanted, no rushing. Katie answered all our questions and was so very helpful. We had the phone call today to be accepted and to go aheadwhich was the best news, Katie has been on the end of the phone and email for us at all times and nothing has been to much hassle. Very appreciative of all her work. Since moving in any issues have been dealt with promptly and we have been kept updated at all times by Michaela. Such a great team

Do not use this estate agent. I was with the Bolton branch, they did well to get volume of viewers however many were not in the market to offer anywhere near the asking price. Mainly however we heard from our viewers that they were not able to contact the estate agent to book a viewing in. Many said they waited weeks. Further to this, when we had viewings they did not follow up, they only did their jobs when we rang up and asked for feedback which prompted them to reach out and gather feedback. When they conducted viewings they did not show every room in our house so didn’t try to sell the property. Buyers were actively asking for our number as they did not want to deal with the estate agents. We even had an offer which we knew about from email, no one from the estate agent followed up to see if we accepted. We had to ring them. Our concerns were voiced numerous times and nothing changed. We needed a quick sale to proceed as we had a property in mind, this did not happen due to their level of service and we have had to take our house off the market. They will sign you up very quickly and smoothly, then their service drops. Avoid this estate agents.

We recently purchased our property through the Broadwater branch and the service was superb. Our agent Daisy Chamberlain was excellent from the first viewing throughout the purchase, we purchased a probate property so could view many times and visit with tradesmen and this was never an inconvenience to Daisy. She was super responsive and always maintained a brilliant, helpful and positive attitude. Thank you again Daisy you’ve been wonderful in making our purchase low stress for us!

Curchods (Esher) have been nothing short of fantastic throughout our sale from listing and viewings through to exchange. Alice (Senior Negotiator) in particular showed exceptional dynamism in her role, pairing calmness with proactivity to make things happen. Our sale was part of a much longer chain and had a number of complexities that needed to be managed both upwards and downwards, Alice had a bias to action that was essential and she did everything that she could to alleviate the stress from both us and our buyers, stepping in when needed and providing relevant and regular updates throughout. We genuinely felt like she was in our corner, supporting the transaction and providing pragmatism where this was needed. Within 5 months of initial agent contact, the family home has been sold and a new home purchased, with relatively minor fuss, in a still challenging property market. Matt and Alice, at Curchods Esher, teamed up to take me and the respective buyers and vendor through the process with little fuss, a good deal of Esher property market knowledge, and a welcoming smile each day I ambled into the Esher office mid dog walk - with my Tibetan a keen fussed over visitor. I felt I was able to ask any question at any time, and receive an open and honest response, with a sense that the team were invested in doing the best they could for me, during what is always a pretty stressful experience. Timetables were met, and last minute hiccups were overcome with an understanding of the need to engage positively with all parties. Overall, a job well done, and a thank you from me.

If I could give higher than a 5 I would. Bluebells have been consistently friendly and helpful since the first enquiry I made. They have often had to answer my long list of questions and even if they were not sure they would always come back to me after looking into it. I had some uncomfortable and pressured experiences with other estate agents and my experience with Bluebells was the complete opposite. They are patient, warm and I felt they genuinely wanted what was right for me rather than pushing for a sale. You can tell this is a well built establishment from its foundations. Whilst everyone we spoke with was warm and supportive, I have to especially thank Debbie K for her hard work and support throughout the entire process. She truly was only ever a phone call or email away and I genuinely felt that she was so pleased for us in our journey. The reassurance she often gave us was priceless. I cannot recommend this real estate agency highly enough! Buying a house in a foreign country with tight deadlines to transfer ownership before relocating to the UK was a daunting experience at first. However, everything turned out perfectly, thanks to Alice and her incredible support. Alice introduced me to an excellent solicitor who provided expert guidance. She was always kind, patient, and quick to respond to any questions or information I needed, which greatly reduced my fears over time. She even coordinated the moving schedule with the seller to accommodate my situation, which was an enormous relief. One of the best agent i have ever used. Ben was fantastic with everything, from the day he came to visit my property, he was so precise in giving me the best valuation of the property. We both agreed on the terms and i had nothing to do, he did all the viewings, and always updated me with the outcome. He kept me in the loop on everything. Honestly, i had nothing to do and he made sure the property is safe and secure after every viewing. He was there till the end of the process when the property got sold, again, kept me in the loop with everything and gave me updates for each and every step for the sale of the property. Ben was in contact with Solicitors and other estate agents to make sure everything was going to plan. We enjoyed a process which could have been a nightmare. If you have a lot going on and cannot manage to do the views etc, get in touch with Ben and all your worries for the property will vanish as he takes them all upon him, by finding you the right buyer for the price you want and follows it through till the end.
