Thanks Curchods! Liese was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Buying our first home was a stressful journey with plenty of ups and downs, and she made all the difference. Her professionalism was matched by real warmth and patience, she never once made us feel like a bother, no matter how many questions we had. Whenever something came up, and plenty did, she always found a way to sort it and keep things moving. More than that, she genuinely cared. There were moments where I was anxious and overwhelmed, and Liese had a way of calming me down and reassuring me that we'd get there. And we did. We couldn't have asked for a better person to guide us through buying our first home. Thank you, Liese, for everything. Highly, highly recommend.

We sold our home on Stanley Gardens Road through Curchods with Rob, James and the team and had a really good experience overall. From the start, the pricing advice felt realistic and well judged, which helped attract the right buyers quickly. Viewings were handled well and we always got clear, honest feedback, so we knew where things stood. After accepting an offer, Rob, James and the team stayed on top of everything and kept the process moving. Communication was consistent and we never felt out of the loop. End result was a smooth sale, good outcome and a timeline that worked for our move abroad. Would definitely recommend them.

I used Curchods Teddington to purchase my first home and Liese couldn't have made the process more straightforward for me. Genuinely great service and super proactive, keeping me updated throughout the process - really appreciated. A massive thanks to Liese for helping to get the sale over the line in rapid time and also a shout out to the wider Curchods team including Rob and Max for all of their help too. Would highly recommend Curchods for any prospective buyers or sellers - a very refreshing experience compared to some of the other players in the local area. Thanks again!

I worked with James Balderston the sale of my flat. James was absolutely fantastic. He was super responsive, helpful and always had an answer for any question I had. I found him to be very professional and also knowledgeable about a subject in which, I had no knowledge. I would highly recommend James. He represented the firm superbly and is a real asset to them. Curchods were exactly what I had hoped for, a rare commodity these days with their true desire to do the best and to deliver the best service.

Curchods of Teddington were absolutely amazing from the start of the sale of my property till completion. Rob was very understanding of my situation and there was never any pressure. The communication was perfect,, keeping me updated when necessary. They work together as a team, Liese did most of the viewings, and there were quite a few.i I often felt anxious about the whole thing but Liese was reassuring. The team at Curchods in Teddington/Kingston have been extremely good both in managing the letting of our property and, subsequently, for managing the sale. Everyone without exception has been very professional and courteous and we are extremely happy with the successful outcome that was achieved. I have no hesitation in recommending Curchods if you are planning to let or sell your property within the Teddington/Kingston area.

I recently bought a property of which Max and James were the seller’s agents. I have worked with estate agents on a professional level for over 20 years and I found both James and Max (plus Rob) to be excellent; I would highly recommend them. I am the other side of the mixed review left below and I can confirm that Max and James were very proactive (as was I, responding as soon as possible, often within the hour, to most queries raised throughout the process). I can only wish that the agents who I used had been the same with my buyer (and to whom I’ve provided strong feedback about their failings in managing the buyer, the buyer backtracked on their commitment to timeline at the last minute, having not organised their finances in the manner they represented when making the offer and agreeing to the completion timeline). I’m sorry for Curchods that this resulted in them receiving a mixed review and my lesson learned is to be through in checking with prospective agents their experience of project management in the timeline between an offer being accepted through to completion. Thank you Max and James (and to the former owner for their patience and understanding).

Exceptional service from the start! The team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful in the office. Highly recommend the agents, Liese was very accomodating on our request for viewings and negotiations with the seller. I hope we will be able to purchase our home with the team in the very near future.

The apartment and its location were very appealing to me the moment I saw them on an online ad. However, there were some big challenges, as usual, all the way along. James and his Curchods team did beyond and above to make this purchase possible, and they have addressed all my requirements and inquiries. He helped coordinate and following-up with the other party (the seller and the solicitor). As a new resident in the area, he helped me with recommendations about solicitor, surveyor, and mortgage broker, and they were all highly professionals, and my apartment purchase went successfully through all the process. Furthermore, he is also a local and does provide advice/recommendations that go beyond the purchase. I would like to inform James through this feedback that his effort and dedication did not go unnoticed, and I would personally recommend him and his team for purchases in the Teddington area.

My experience with Leah & Honey was one I recommend to anyone on the market looking for that perfect place to call home. They both were open and honest about what would be required in order to rent the property. They both answered the many questions I asked about the property. With the knowledge they had on each of their properties, the decision was simple in the end. They went above and beyond to help me find a place tailored to me and my partner. I highly recommend Leah and Honey to help you find your next home. For my partner and myself, Leah and Honey are best lettings manager we've come across in the market.

Frankie Donald is a wish maker! He has been so helpful finding my parents their last home near me. He’s been patient, helpful, doesn’t mind repeating information and finally yesterday made their dreams come true securing their new home! I can’t thank him enough or recommend him highly enough if your searching for a new home in Teddington and the surrounding areas. I may just have to move to Teddington myself just so he can help me!! Well done Frankie and thank you again for all your help and support!

After five months of house hunting in a difficult market we’ve come to know most of the estate agents in Teddington and Twickenham and can say that Curchods is really a stand-out agency. We always look forward to our viewings with them because we never feel like we’re being shown around by someone who is in a rush to get to the next appointment. James in particular has all the attributes you’d want in an agent; personable, patient and extremely knowledgeable. Max is also an absolute pleasure to view with. When we finally get our home we’d invite them over for drinks. I think that says it all.

My wife and I moved to the UK from India, and were searching for a rental property in Teddington area. We were finding it hard to find a place owing to the sudden property crunch in and around London. We approached Curchods and Leah was very helpful in helping us find the right place. She patiently explained us the process of renting and helped newbies like us understand the intricacies till we finalized the house. She was always responsive and was available for viewing the property multiple times. Everything was handled very efficiently and we highly appreciate the service she provided. I would definitely recommend approaching this branch for anyone looking to rent a property in Teddington.

We’ve had such a positive experience using Curchods in Teddington whilst buying our first property. I cannot recommend Frankie highly enough, he’s been so professional and proactive throughout the whole process. From the first viewing, he found out answers to our questions straightaway and no request since then has been any trouble! We are three weeks away from completion and Frankie has stayed in regular communication with us and has made us feel that he genuinely cares and wants to get this over the line as we have a tight deadline! Thanks again for all of your hard work, we look forward to getting the keys! 😃
