Great estate agent, sold our home for a fantastic price and didn't give us all the rubbish like the estate agents. Valued it for a realistic price and achieved that. There were 3 other homes on down our road which were all similar properties but we were the only ones to sell because Curchods wouldn't give up. Buying a house is pretty stressful and generally not a great experience, so it makes it so much better when you are dealing with nice people who will do anything to make things run as smoothly as possible.
