From the start, we were very impressed with the explanation of the services provided and the confidence of the presentation. The ability to find potential buyers was correctly registered and the subsequent stream of viewings over a short period was impressive, particularly when compared to the low level of activities shown by the joint agent.
A firm offer of the asking price on only the fifth day was also well above average expectations. Relationships with the day to day dealings thereafter were friendly and very efficient. Good advice could always be relied on. Although stress during house moves are to be expected, it was kept well in bounds, even to us "wrinklies".
Overall, an exceptionally good service and deserving a high recommendation..

From pre-sale to completion Dan Dewar and his team were amazing, I can't recommend Burns & Webber in Farnham highly enough. On the sales side we have experienced that some estate agents in Farnham get people to show potential buyers around your property when they haven't even seen it themselves in advance. This was refreshingly never the case with Burns & Webber - every person who showed potential buyers our property was well prepared.
Once our property was under offer, Salv was brilliant at keeping everyone in the chain informed and progress chasing to get things done on time. Salv totally had his 'finger on the pulse'. The communication between the whole team was absolutely seamless - as and when our main contact was ever on annual leave it was great to experience that we were totally unaffected. Burns & Webber are great at thinking 'outside the box' as and when we need to search for a solution to make things work. They were also very understanding of our personal situation as and when the need arose. If we ever do move again .......... I'm definitely appointing Burns & Webber! "

I have dealt with around a dozen different estate agents as a buyer, tenant and landlord.
To be blunt, until Curchods, it was always an unpleasant experience. Often, with high pressure calls from the estate agents expressing the dire consequences if some action or another is not taken. Curchods was actually a pleasant experience. My dealings with them were for a house purchase which took several months (due to various complications outside of their control). But they always remained calm and kept everything on track.
They will be my 1st call should I wish to buy, sell or rent in their area.

My tenant handed in their notice and I asked Curchods to find another tenant. It definitely took rather longer than I had hoped to get a tenant witha few false starts (hence not an excellent rating), but once a tenant was found, the process was very efficient and speedily done. As it happened, the new tenant wanted to move in very quickly so I had a very short void, although I am hopeful it will not be so last minute next time. Overall I am very satisfied with Curchods Lettings.
