Brilliant service!

We began our property search over a year ago, and the first property we viewed in the Horsley area was with Robert Jenkins. Throughout the ups and downs of trying to purchase a new home, he has been an absolute delight to deal with. Robert understood exactly what we were looking for from the very beginning, he provided honest advice throughout, was always positive, never tried to suggest we needed to make compromises on what we were after, and has been helpful above and beyond expectation. When not in the office or available to speak to, I could always rely on his prompt reply to my calls or queries. Even as a home buyer, I felt Robert had our best interests at heart, and I am so pleased that the home we finally purchased was through Curchods. During the course of viewing many properties, we have also met and dealt with the other members of the Curchods East Horsley team, and each one has been equally informative, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. A professional team working to provide an excellent service.

This was our first move in 28 years and so we needed a bit of guidance to help us through the process of moving home. From the first meeting with Clive, the branch manager, and his valuation of our property we felt reassured that the team at Burns and Webber would be working both for and with us. We were not disappointed and had several viewings in the first week with a resulting offer which we accepted.. They say moving house is a stressful time and I must admit that the following couple of months did throw up a few challenging moments however with the help of Burns and Webber a successful sale was completed.. A special thanks goes to Josh who showed great patience and professionalism and his communication throughout the process was excellent.. I would be happy to recommend Burns and Webber. .

Very good Buyers experience

We have exchanged recently on a property from Curchods - Ottershaw. Brad was our agent and he was was excellent at giving us regular updates and progress reports. There were a couple of problems during the process however Brad worked hard to resolve the issues and keep everything on track. He was professional at all times. If he was unavailable his colleague Kate ensured that the communication continued. Whenever we had a question or query both the team were good at coming with suggestions and recommendations. Loving our new home

Curchods have been so helpful in helping us sell our house and buy the one we had our hearts set on. Professional service

The service provided by Curchods both in respect of selling our old home and buying our new home was very professional from start to finish. Prospective buyers were shown round very efficiently and we were continually given feedback. We bought our new house through Curchods too, although through another branch. They dealt with the purchase in an equally professional manner. The photography and presentation of property details were good. The apartment was shown to several quality applicants. A new tenancy was arranged with only a couple of days' void period. On reflection - I would have liked a bit more rent but I think a good tenant is more important.. I would probably work with Burns & Webber again. .

I initially gave them one star as my husband and myself had not very pleasant experience with a couple of agents in their Kingston office (still left my initial comment at the end). However, they tried to make it right after we made an official complain to the director and our landlord. So I thought they deserve to get reviewed again after all the hard works they've made to resolve our problems. Michael, their Group Managing Director, is very genuine and trustworthy. He visited our place to investigate the issues all by himself and logged everything in details then he put all in action straight away. We were appointed with 2 new agents to look after our issues and they were very helpful and fairly fast in responses. It still took a couple of months to get most of things sorted but that was just because of the bookings with technicians. They were great with follow-ups and fast responses through out the whole process and we are very happy with our place now. I want to say special thanks to Michael for being very kind, genuine and supportive. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Initial review: Utterly disappointed with their service. They don't even deserve one star. The worst agent we've ever dealt with. Recently rented a flat through this agent in Kingston area but had to chase them up for over 2 months for a few issues as soon as we moved in but no one seems to care once they got the money. And there is no such contact/email details for official complain whatsoever on their website or anywhere. How sneaky. Hundreds of calls and emails. Lies after lies then no response. This is totally mis-selling. Maintenance promises on their contract is purely just a lie. Don't trust this agent. Avoid if you don't want to get tons of stress and ruin your new life plan.
