Stuart Baker and his team at the New Malden branch of Curchods provided an excellent service in the sale,of my home. They were professional, responsive, always available at the end of the phone line and I felt confident in their handling of my sale. Having marketed the property on my behalf, they soon found a suitable purchaser. From the very start of negotiations, it was clearly evident that we were dealing with a team of true professionals. The quality of service we received was years ahead of anything we had previously experienced from any other agent. Graham South and his team were totally focused right up to the day of completion, We are certain that the deal would not have gone through without his expertise. To say that we were staggered by the level of care and professionalism would be an understatement. We cannot thank Curchods enough for everything they did for us and we would recommend them. We appreciate the outstanding customer service that the staff have provided over the past weeks; they have been very attentive and helpful. The employees I interacted with, especially Graham South (who is a real credit to the organisation) and also Simon Labrow from Curchods Financial Services. Both Graham and Simon were very knowledgeable and professional throughout the whole transaction from start to finish and seemed genuinely interested in helping me find a solution that met my needs rather than just being focused on making a quick sale. Because of their efforts, we am now able to enjoy life in our new home; we are extremely satisfied with the service given. Curchods in Walton truly have a great team that makes customers feel both respected and valued.

I was very impressed with Curchods. We were in a dual agency arrangement initially and the quality buyers/qualified leads were from Curchods. This was important to us as viewings are very disruptive for our children, one with special needs. Curchods were considerate of this whereas we felt the other agent was just sending anyone whether they could afford the price or not. Curchods worked to OUR objectives - to get a solid, realistic offer from a proceedable buyer and were very good at managing our expectations during this time. We quickly moved to a sole agent basis with Curchods who remained patient in a tough market and stayed the course in terms of properly qualified viewings.. Perhaps more impressive was the management of a long chain which lost links in the chain on two occasions due to outside influences (e.g. a comedy overreaction from a 1st time buyer due to the Brexit vote). However, they kept it together, replaced the links quickly and communicated well throughout. Finally, it is worth noting that although we had a named contact looking after us, it was nice that several others were able to deal with our queries and handle matters if our named contact was out. So in conclusion, we highly recommend them. If you judge Estate Agents by numbers of viewings through the door, they will not come out top. Neither should they. If you judge Estate Agents by legitimate, qualified viewings and getting solid offers to completion, go with Curchods. They will get you the right deal and get it over the line.

I was happy dealing with Neil and Patrick when I bought my house 6 years ago so they were the obvious choice to sell it for me. In a tough market they got the right people through the door and achieved a good price for me. The most important point though is the effort that they made to ensure that the chain stayed intact below me which was at times extremely time consuming. Great job - thank you!

After a disappointing experience with another local agent Curchods were a refreshing change in attitude and approach. They listened to our requirements and understood what our priorities were, and were prompt to deal with any queries that arose.
