We have been delighted with the service we received at Curchods New Malden whilst selling our house. We had previously had a very negative experience with another group of estate agents whilst buying/selling. Therefore we were considering marketing our property ourselves this time, using an online service to avoid agent fees - I'm so glad we didn't go down that route! Our agent negotiated a better deal than we could of ourselves and assisted with many more unforeseen negotiations along the way to completion. Smoothing out issues as they arose. The initial valuation was very accurate and their service was friendly and professional at all times.

The Trusted AgentThey say that buying/selling a house is one of the most stressful undertakings one can engage in during one's life. Well, my family and I have had the pleasure of BUYING a house in respect of which Daniel Carter and Graham Tolfrey of Curchods, Shepperton represented the Seller. Daniel was our main Negotiator with Graham stepping in whilst Daniel was on vacation. This is the first review I have ever written and placed on the internet as I do not as a rule do so but the truly excellent service my family and I received on our purchase deserves recognition. Daniel's skills as a Negotiator are impressive; a calm, pleasant personality with an ability to react quickly to requests and to insert himself firmly between, buyer, seller and two sets of law firms when matters needed addressing with the potential to become difficult. Daniel has also assisted by being present at the property whenever we have asked allowing us to plan well for necessary works on Completion. This has enabled a more comfortable welcome for my family to our new home. As mentioned, Graham also supported Daniel and his relaxed "can do" but focused attitude supported us well in the early stages of negotiation and agreement. It has been a pleasure to be introduced to Curchods Shepperton and whilst we have no intention of selling our house soon, we are actively recommending Curchods as a result and if we ever sell we will look no further for an Agent.

He has a very good understanding about what it meant to us to find our new home therefore has the perfect approach and also was able to show us the potential that the property has, and finally pictured us living in there. Robert showed us round several properties and provided good insights into the houses and the local area. He was very fair and articulate when we discussed house prices and regularly kept in contact throughout the time we were under offer. He went out of his way to assist in answering some late queries and helped co-ordinate the vendor's solicitors to facilitate a time pressured exchange of contracts. He was always available to answer questions and presented a friendly and welcoming first impression of the Horsley locality.

Following the sad death of my father at Christmas, I was dreading the thought of selling my parents' house and dealing with all the contents. The staff at Curchods could not have been more supportive, prompt and empathetic towards me. Neil and Patrick were my main contacts and they were a real pleasure to get to know. We began our property search over a year ago, and the first property we viewed in the Horsley area was with Robert Jenkins. Throughout the ups and downs of trying to purchase a new home, he has been an absolute delight to deal with. Robert understood exactly what we were looking for from the very beginning, he provided honest advice throughout, was always positive, never tried to suggest we needed to make compromises on what we were after, and has been helpful above and beyond expectation. When not in the office or available to speak to, I could always rely on his prompt reply to my calls or queries. Even as a home buyer, I felt Robert had our best interests at heart, and I am so pleased that the home we finally purchased was through Curchods. During the course of viewing many properties, we have also met and dealt with the other members of the Curchods East Horsley team, and each one has been equally informative, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Curchods East Horsley comes highly recommended!

Their staff ensure that clients are kept informed of all matters relating to a sale and do their best to minimise stress and inconvenience. This was our first move in 28 years and so we needed a bit of guidance to help us through the process of moving home. From the first meeting with Clive, the branch manager, and his valuation of our property we felt reassured that the team at Burns and Webber would be working both for and with us. We were not disappointed and had several viewings in the first week with a resulting offer which we accepted.. They say moving house is a stressful time and I must admit that the following couple of months did throw up a few challenging moments however with the help of Burns and Webber a successful sale was completed.. A special thanks goes to Josh who showed great patience and professionalism and his communication throughout the process was excellent.. I would be happy to recommend Burns and Webber. .
