GoogleAbsolutely appalling service. Put me off renting through an agency. Tryed to finish with them beginning of May, it's 21st July not heard a word.... as per usual. I've had to sort out my tenants by myself. Waste of money. Contracts messed up. Overcharged.

GoogleHouse buyers proceed with extreme caution. Wrexham team will inform that an in-branch appointment is required to submit a property offer. On arrival, I was escorted into an office where the in-branch mortgage advisor led an unsolicited interview about my circumstances, then conducted a soft search on my credit file without obtaining my consent. After telling them that I already had a mortgage advisor and DIP, they continued to pressure me into accepting one of their brokered offerings (which I did not). Sales team are manipulative in communication to extort higher offers for their sellers. If you are unfortunate enough to find your dream property listed with Beresford Adams Wrexham, remember: - You are not obliged to have a mortgage appointment in order to submit an offer - You are not obligated to tell this company whether the offer you are submitting is your best & final at the time you submit it - BA is not allowed to perform a soft search on your credit report without your consent. Ensure they ask for it. Currently working towards a formal complaint to FCA over unsolicited mortgage broker appointment & soft search.

shame I can't leave one star. rented a property from them Anglesey Branch, property management team are rude and hopeless, roof has leaked since October last year and I mean properly leaked, place is damp and rotten throughout. extensive damp and mould issues, we have been ignored and left to suffer. moving out soon thank god. Landlord who lives out the country is besides himself with how bad the property has been allowed to become under beresfords care, it needs thousands to be repaired. we've lost huge amounts of personal belongings from the leak and damp. grateful to be leaving, but leaving out of pocket and without a lot of personal items due to them being damaged.

Chester Brach are the worst Estate Agents I've dealt with. Unprofessional, incompetent and often rude. The complaints department was great though, very reasonable and provided advice that negated the damage of the Chester branch

Google*update, they claim it’s tenant error not ventilating the property. Very strange when the whole house was drafts due to ill fitting windows also two couldn’t be closed. They refuse to accept responsibility even when an independent report insisted by the EHO condemned the property. 44 Mill Lodge Estate, LL59 5YB Do not use this company for anything. They let totally substandard properties out then try to blame the tenant and attempt to cover up their shortcomings. The house is riddled from black mould and damp in every room. Numerous complaints fell on deaf ears, resulting in two children being hospitalised with one placed in an induced coma in Alder hey . Caused by living in a substandard property. They hid the specialists reports that recommended “ It would be cheaper to knock the house down and rebuild it, there is nothing the tenant could of done to prevent any of the damp.” UPDATE… Customer services still refuse to accept that the house is condemned to the point EHO and Alder Hey wouldn’t allow the tenant to return to the above property due to the hazardous risks. They even expected the tenant to clean the hazardous black mould ..!!!!

GoogleGreat service with very friendly and informative staff especially Katrina. Nothing was too much trouble to Katrina she gave full support with our house sale and helped with a lot of issues in what was a very traumatic sale due to divorce.
