My partner and myself had found ourselves in a nightmare position with an incredibly mouldy and damp flat witch made us ill and loosing a lot of money through ruined possessions and sickness. Disappointed with sales department

Great effort from Neil Lawless in doing the market appraisal initially. Getting us to sign up We agreed a sale To the first family that viewed. For the asking price. very poor negotiation skills I feel Beresford Adams did very little to satisfy the Customers needs and negotiated a deal and get this over the line they let it fall through with out trying The sales team at Prestatyn office Do not have negotiating skills needed to get the properties over the line very poor communication. Did not respond in a timely manner or answer the phone with confidence. Will not put them selves out to do rural viewings. Buyers comments to agents “Why were we not made aware of the change to the paddock at the time Jason revised it?” The buyer obtained the sellers number as the agents did not respond to them making an offer After complaint to management I was told “ Nikita took a call today and yes, she is our mortgage consultant, she was helping answering the phone as we are busy and couldn’t take the offer because she isn’t EA staff. This was passed to Kayleigh who is dealing with multiple offers today and will be calling Mr, as Nikita, took his number, earlier.” The reason behind us taking our property of with this agent after just a couple weeks they where too busy to take an offer What a Joke !!!!! Just a shame that the girls in the letting department at Beresford Adams in Prestayn do not deal with the Sales they are very efficient and knowledgeable.

Absolutely amazing experience with Beresford Adams when buying our new house. I think we dealt with nearly everyone in the office at some point, all of which were super professional and helpful. It was quite a long and complex purchase but the team helped us every step of the way and really made us feel like they cared. A particular shout out to Laura who I think I called multiple times a day towards the end, but she was always incredibly patient and happy to take my calls. Would definitely recommend :)

What a lovely experience for first home buyers ! (Ignore the reviewer below about Benjamin road as this is the house we had already started paperwork for and they tried to snake us ! ) we originally looked at other houses with another estate agents who didn't take us seriously. We had megan who helped us with everything from viewings to completion and everything in between , any questions we had she was so happy to help us ! She even chased up solicitors for updates as we hadn't heard anything. We used aimee the inhouse mortgage advisor again who was an absolute pleasure. The whole team have been so friendly and comforting in helping us buy our first house and everything we need to do to complete and even after we had keys they've been a call away for anything we needed. I would recommend this team to anyone who wants to purchase in wrexham !!!
