I both bought and sold with Beresford Adams this year and couldn’t be happier with the service. After finding the perfect property I wanted to buy I contacted them and they arranged a viewing for the next day. I also arranged for them to come and view my property and Mel who came to value it was amazing. Came very prepared with how other properties in the area have sold recently. Was so Impressed with the pitch I agreed to go ahead there and then. The pictures were taken and it was for sale within a week! They also helped with finding a Solicitor (DC Law) who were also great! All in all great service from the whole business and I am now in my dream home!

Absolutely amazing experience with Beresford Adams when buying our new house. I think we dealt with nearly everyone in the office at some point, all of which were super professional and helpful. It was quite a long and complex purchase but the team helped us every step of the way and really made us feel like they cared. A particular shout out to Laura who I think I called multiple times a day towards the end, but she was always incredibly patient and happy to take my calls. Would definitely recommend :)

He was informative and provided imparcial advice regarding our home as we are unsure whether we want to move or not. I did not feel any pressure from Kevin to sell our home, nor to go with Beresford Adams. My family and I viewed a house in street we were interested in. I had an offer accepted. Which was great. Until two days later I was told I was gazumped! Not much of an explanation. The house had been on the market for months. Which I believe was a conflict of interest with one investor of the property. Anyway.. I was mainly a cash buyer, but also in the process of buying some land so acquired a mortgage offer to ensure that this purchase was straightforward. They tried to push for their own mortgage people, which I wasn't really interested in. Which I this think was the defining factor! Suddenly a house that noone was interested in... is in a bidding war. Shame on you Beresford Adams.
