GoogleAmazing service from the whole team, more specifically from Mr William Burgoyne! Very dedicated and professional lettings agent! He is responding really quickly and on time to all the enquiries you have; he knows what he is doing and if you are struggling with anything he is really helpful! This was my first time working with lettings agents (I was renting from a private landlord) and I was really worried, I didn’t know what to expect (especially when you are a foreigner and the laws, procedures and everything here is so much different than your homeland) and the only thing I knew was that I have to wait for a really long time before getting a result, because of these paperwork, etc. (and me and my family were in hurry to find something as soon as possible). So at the end it was such a relief and excitement, when you have someone willing to help with everything! Many thanks Mr Burgoyne! 🙏🏻 Bless you and your team!

GoogleI can't recomment Nicola Adams from Andrew Grant enough. She worked really hard to sell my house and gave me great advice to get it ready to sell. Nicola supported me through the process and gave me lots of her time to talk through offers as they came in and acted as a sounding board when the decisions were tricky. She was available and committed. As things progressed after I had accepted an offer Louise Jones in the office was helpful and supportive.

From the early contacts when we were interested in a house until now, one month into our tenancy, they have been very approachable and speedy in their communications, which is always very helpful when moving the whole family to a new home. So, in summary, so far, we have had a very positive experience.

GoogleThe whole team at Andrew Grant were fantastic through our whole process. Communication was great and they were always there when we needed. Most impressively, we had a bit of a curve ball thrown at us when the mortgage valuation came in significantly lower than the agreed price. It could have been the end of or dream home, but thanks to the careful work of the team, we were able to find a reasonable resolution with the vendor. They handled it with patience and empathy which I know was appreciated on both sides of the sale.

Incredibly responsive, and helped to arrange for a number of issues to be resolved at the property to allow for it to be successfully rented. Comprehensive details provided on prospective tenants, and feedback always provide on great detail.

GoogleAndrew Grant marketed my mother’s house in Malvern, which she’d lived in for many years. Jo was very understanding that this was a big move as my mother was relocating to be closer to family. The advice on marketing approaches was excellent and based on recent experience and local knowledge. The team maintained in regular contact during the transaction to keep us updated on progress. A special thanks to Jo and Louise, who were brilliant throughout.

Louise kept us updated with all aspects of the process which meant that everything went as smoothly as it possible could have done in such a tight time frame.
