All of their marketing and support services staff throughout the extended journey were first class and of special note Justin and Tonia were exceptional. We hit many obstacles along the way, but Tonia was always their to assist and advise. We would not hesitate to recommend Andrew Grant.

GoogleWe recently bought a property that Andrew Grant were selling and have to say that they were the most helpful professional company to deal with. Our own agent was worse than useless however Louise Jones, the senior customer liaison agent, was a star…she was able to sort the many issues that were occurring below us in the chain and more than cover our own agents failing and non communication. She was in touch daily as the sale progressed keeping us updated and helping to make sure the sale went forward when, thanks to our own agent’s incompetence, there was a real risk of the chain collapsing. If we ever move again we will have no hesitation in using Andrew Grant and would highly urge anyone wanting to sell a house in the areas they cover to do the same.

GoogleI cannot praise Andrew Grant Estate Agents highly enough. They were excellent from the first valuation, through many viewings to the completion of my sale. Their service was steadfast, their communication always timely and friendly and their support completely professional. I had a somewhat rocky sale/purchase journey over a long period and they were there for me every step of the way. My comments are sincere and grateful and I thank them all, as a team, for being my sale agent and I can thoroughly recommend them.

GoogleI unexpectedly found myself having to search for a new property to let after 19 years in my current home. I spotted a house on Rightmove and was directed to Andrew Grant in Worcestershire. I called on the Wednesday, viewed the house on the Thursday, and my tenancy was confirmed on the Friday. At all times during the process the service has been exemplary - friendly, efficient, and compassionate. I should make special mention of Lara, who organised the viewing and the tenancy admin, Molly who initially showed me the house, and Will who introduced me to the landlady at a second viewing. The whole process behind the scenes has been amazing and has greatly helped to take much of the pressure away at a very stressful time. A marvellous team, to whom I am extremely grateful. Five stars isn't enough!

GoogleWe recently bought a new home through Andrew Grant and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received throughout the entire process. Joanna Black was our main day-to-day contact and a fantastic person to deal with. She always made herself available to show us round the property and spend as much time as we needed so that we could be confident it was the right house for us. When we had queries about the house or the area, she very quickly found answers or solutions for us and was proactive in sourcing additional information, such as whether or not the area offered Pickleball! We also had a great experience with Louise Jones, who, along with Jo, was instrumental in keeping the process moving along up to Exchange through to Completion. I would highly recommend Andrew Grant to anyone looking to sell or buy a house.
